My sophomore year of college, I went through a brief bit of outgoing-ness and spontaneity. I went as Quailman for Halloween. I had more randomly people talking to me, earnestly socializing with me, in that costume, and messaging me with the costume as my facebook picture, than before or since. New Year’s Resolution: live life according to Doug. bonerparty: confidence is key. if you go through the day thinking that “oh man, this isn’t going to happen to me” or “how on EARTH am i going to ask her out to Benihanas”, then you put that negative energy out there and sooner or later she’ll buy into it and thusly you’ll be drinking mai tai’s out a fat mans belly BY YOURSELF. however, if you’re confident, you can strap a goddam belt to your head and wear your underwear on the outside and the world will roll right along with you.
