It’d be nearly autobiographical for me if the girl was a dream, walking alongside goof ball friends who left the car running, staying warm for the next stop on our trip to nowhere in particular.

By chance, I came across this video on Youtube. It has 157 views at present, it was made by a 15-year-old using the video function on his digital slr, and in my opinion, it has more emotional resonance than 99% of the shit coming out of Hollywood these days. In under 90 seconds, this kid precisely communicates what it means to be young and in love in suburbia.
