Who votes against a bill equal, if not surpassing TARP when it has ‘jobs bill’ in the title? Better yet, put Saint Ronnie’s name in it.
“The Ronald Reagan Memorial Promoting Capitalism Jobs Bill Act”. You could put green jobs in that act and Republicans would vote against it at their own peril.
Those assholes will spend money like crazy when it furthers their political interest. Let’s see them try to explain the “nuance” of voting against a Reagan jobs bill to the morons that vote for them! Comedy and political gold.
It’d suck to have that dogwhistle racist’s name on a major accomplishment, to forever be associated for helping working people when he never gave a shit about them, but to get it passed, hey, I’ll do anything.
